The handle and the sheath They are completely damascene on both sides, with the Mudejar design, with elaborate geometric designs and Arabic motifs, it was always kept in a showcase or in a drawer, because it is in similar to new condition, without scratches, tears, bumps or corrosion. The blade is excellent, made of carbon steel with a thick nickel bath, it is etched with acid or ¨aguafuerte¨on both sides with different, very deep drawings and apart from it has a gold bath on the part of the engravings, combining with the handle and sheath.Unbeatable condition of the blade, it was never used or sharpened, 100% in optimal condition, very sharp double-edged tip, excellent Spanish steel!!! The dagger is a good size, no souvenir, it is a real knife, it measures overall with its sheath 34 cm (13.6 in), the maximum width of the sheath is 7 cm, the dagger alone measures 31.5 cm (12.6 in) and the blade measures 20 cm (8 in) and 2.5 cm in maximum width.
